We’re a fast-growing, venture-backed company (just closed our Series A!) on a mission to modernize an outdated industry — and we’re just getting started. Our investors include Spark Capital, Founder Collective, Suffolk Technologies, 186 Ventures, and River Park Ventures, the same funds that backed category-defining companies like Slack, Anthropic, Uber, Venmo, and Amazon Pharmacy.

If you’re driven by the opportunity to build something groundbreaking, we’d love to meet you.

The Role:

This is a 5-day, in-office role based out of Jersey City.

We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer at a fast-growing startup. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support — you’ll act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping drive execution, alignment, and operational rigor across the company.

Over time, this role may expand to support the broader executive leadership team and take on Chief of Staff–type responsibilities, including cross-functional coordination, executive-level project management, and leadership communications.

If you enjoy being close to decision-making, translating strategy into action, and keeping leaders focused on what matters most, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner closely with the CEO to manage priorities, calendar, and time allocation to ensure focus on high-impact work

  • Act as a gatekeeper and strategic filter for inbound requests, communications, and meeting requests

  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and executive summaries for key meetings

  • Track CEO- and executive-level priorities, decisions, and action items, ensuring consistent follow-through

  • Coordinate executive team meetings, leadership offsites, and planning sessions

  • Support cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, and removing blockers

  • Assist with preparation of leadership presentations, internal communications, and board materials

  • Coordinate travel and related logistics

  • As the company grows, provide calendar and administrative support to additional executives

  • Drive improvements to executive workflows, operating rhythms, and internal processes

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

The qualifications you need:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior leadership

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Strong organizational skills paired with a strategic and analytical mindset

  • Ability to anticipate needs, connect dots, and operate proactively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern productivity tools

  • Ability to work 5 days per week from our Jersey City office

  • Ability to work independently while partnering closely with executives and cross-functional leaders

  • A self-starter mentality with strong ownership, curiosity, and bias toward action

Benefits

  • Company stock options as part of your compensation package, giving you the opportunity to share in our company's success and build long-term financial growth.

  • A positive and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, LTD, Life Insurance, etc.), retirement plans (401K), and paid time off.

  • Access to hundreds of gyms, studios, and wellness apps—all through one easy membership provided by your Wellhub.

  • yearly Personal Development Budget

  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing company.
