Wint is transforming how buildings manage water. Our AI-powered platform monitors, detects and automatically stops leaks across commercial, industrial and residential facilities worldwide - preventing damage, cutting waste and driving sustainability. We're a fast-growing, mission-driven company and we're looking for people who want to make a real impact.

This is a newly created, senior leadership role - and a pivotal one. As UK Operations Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for every customer-facing operational aspect in the UK & EMEA region. You'll independently build and lead a regional team - spanning PM/Deployment & Logistics and IT Local & Admin - interface closely with the Customer Support organization, own the full customer journey from project commissioning through to ongoing support, and replace the current centralized model with a truly local, empowered operation.

You'll report directly to the VP Operations in Israel HQ, with a dotted line to the Regional VP. This is a role for someone who thrives with ownership, isn't afraid of ambiguity, and wants to build something from the ground up.

Who we’re looking for:

  • High ownership mentality - takes problems to resolution without waiting to be asked
  • Comfortably operating independently while respecting central policy and reporting lines.
  • Customer-first mindset with a bias for action.
  • Thrives in the ambiguity of a company in transition -sees it as an opportunity, not a blocker
  • Thrives in a multicultural, international team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Own Regional Operations End-to-End

  • Regional operational P&L & ARR responsibility, including ownership of regional revenue recognition
  • Act as the right hand of the Regional VP Sales on all customer-facing operational matters
  • Make local decisions on equipment, logistics and support — with full operational independence within the HQ governance framework
  • Build, hire and manage a regional team covering PM/Deployment & Logistics and IT Local & Admin.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all operational matters across UK and EMEA.

Interface with Customer Support

  • Work closely with the regional Customer Support team on T2 remote support and field service delivery, including coordination of local contractors and partners
  • Hold regional accountability for service levels (MTTR, NPS, first-time fix rate) - working with the Support Manager to ensure KPIs are consistently met
  • Act as the regional escalation bridge - routing complex issues to the HQ Support Manager in line with agreed protocols and the global Knowledge Base
  • Align field service priorities with the HQ Support team to ensure the right resources reach the right customers at the right time

Drive Project Delivery & Logistics

  • Own regional revenue recognition -ensure projects are commissioned, signed off and billing milestones are met on time
  • Lead the regional PM/Deployment function -responsible for commissioning timelines, warehouse management and spare parts
  • Coordinate directly with Israel's central production team to manage shipments and site readiness with full regional autonomy
  • End the cycle of pre-commission cost overruns by ensuring projects reach go-live on time and within budget

Govern & Build Processes

  • Operate within the policy and process framework set by VP Operations and the HQ Support Manager
  • Contribute to process development bottom-up - identifying gaps and feeding improvements back to HQ
  • Maintain professional dotted-line alignment with each HQ function counterpart

Manage IT & Administration

  • Oversee local IT operations, system access and day-to-day admin for the region
  • Enforce HQ IT policy and security standards at regional level
  • Act as the regional point of contact for HR, compliance and facilities matters

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years in operations, project management or technical services- ideally in a B2B hardware, IoT or field-service-intensive environment
  • Proven experience managing multi-functional teams across geographically distributed territories
  • Background in field service operations, logistics or project commissioning
  • Track record of building or scaling regional functions from the ground up
  • Strong leadership - able to hire, develop and motivate a team in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent cross-functional communication -comfortable with HQ, sales, engineering and customers simultaneously
  • Commercially minded -understands the P&L impact of operational decisions
  • Structured problem-solver -able to define processes in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Fluent English. Additional European languages are a plus
