Overview:

  • Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Data Services, the Data Collection Manager (DCM) assists Measurabl Customers with building portfolios and utility data collection as well as data quality management. Providing direct outreach to property managers, billing providers and tenants. Liaising with 3rd party ESG consulting and collection agencies, the SDCM handles all necessary tasks to ensure full data sets. The Data Collection Assist service is a key and fast-growing part of Measurabl Professional Services. The SDCM works directly with customers, and on their behalf engages with their stakeholders. The DCM is a true customer facing role often working with large complicated data sets which involves manipulating data so customers can focus on other initiatives. This highly collaborative role will work across the whole of Measurabl and at all levels.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
    • Be the face of Measurabl and Data Collection Assist. Work directly with customers as they gather and collect utility data for monitoring, reporting and action planning purposes.

    • Collaborate with portfolio owners/property managers to collect utility data.

    • Quality assure data in preparation of ESG reporting; for example GRESB and CDP.

    • Support customers through regular ESG data quality and completeness reviews, analyses, and reports.

    • Provide regular metrics, reports and statistics to show data integrity and progress.

    • Maintain high-quality customer relationships.

    • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Data Collection Services.

      • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret intricate business documents, and comfortable working with large and complicated data sets.

      • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products as well as Google Cloud.

      • Proven ability to work with MS Excel, information exchange, and V/X lookup & reference functions.

      • Proven record of providing excellent customer service.

      • Project and time management plus strong organizational skills working independently and as a team

Education & Experience:

We have identified the following programs, experience, and knowledge that have helped others find success in this role at Measurabl.   • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, consulting or real estate.

  • Knowledge of ESG initiatives such as CDP, GRESB, GRI, TCFD, CDSB, Science-Based Targets is desirable.

  • Fluent in English & desirably another EU language.

  • Ability to be flexible across multiple time zones is essential

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities

Compensation Range:

  • Euro. 69,120 to 103,680
