Job description

Exodigo is seeking a highly driven Business Operations Specialist to lead and optimize our sales and business operations. This person will play a key role in streamlining sales and project processes and managing our main business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Processes and Tools

  • Support the design development, build and validation of new business processes and tools that will support day-to-day activities and key decision-making needs: cost estimations, pricing, margins, payment mechanisms, and more.
  • Help the implementation of the tools among the teams with trainings and day-to-day support.

Data Management and Accuracy

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all dashboards, reports, and models.
  • Centralize all business data across our geographies (IL, US, ROW) from Sales Ops Specialists and act as the point of contact for all sales KPI data (Bookings, POs, forecasts, etc.).
  • Support the development of data-tracking tools to ensure business data remains accurate and trackable.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Own performance tracking boards and decks for management and board-level reporting.
  • Collaborate with the BI Specialist to maintain the management boards accurate and relevant as the business evolves.
  • Support material creation for board meetings, investors, and management meetings.

CRM Support

  • Support basic CRM updates and changes.
  • Centralize CRM update needs, validate overall flow consistency across geographies, and ensure implementation with support from the data team when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience with Hubspot - Strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of business, business processes and performance metrics – huge advantage.
