Job description

A successful Sales Operations Specialist is a self-starter, has excellent business understanding, high technical skills, is extremely organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize and able to communicate effectively within the team. Reporting to – Strategic Business Development manager and dotted line to the Global Sales Ops Lead.

  • Managing sales data with technical tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce) often in collaboration with IT.
  • Work closely with the sales IL team throughout all stages of the business lifecycle.
  • Support our teams with data research, identifying qualified opportunities and stakeholders within our target accounts.
  • Refine lead & opportunity qualification process, analyze and report performance with reporting and dashboards.
  • Manage and continuously test, measure, and optimize performance, supporting activities to generate predictable sales pipeline.
  • Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators.
  • Manage & support client enrollment, relations and communication.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience with inside sales/ business team, preferably within a startup environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly proficient with HubSpot and salesforce (2 years minimum) - Mandatory!
  • Experience with enterprise sales and related industries (Transportation, Utilities/Construction) and Government/public sectors – A big plus.
  • Experience integrating and implementing new software.
  • Ability to work in a team-goal-oriented environment. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with SAAS tools such as – Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Lemlist, bidding platforms, data management software, etc. – advantage.
  • Fluent English (read/write/speak)
