We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Director of Finance to join our amazing adventure. We build and scale our financial and economic operations, as we grow fast, internally, and globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Direct management of an accountant and the bookkeeping team.
  • Corporate accounting and financial reporting for all company’s entities globally.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes, including the preparation of necessary statements and tax filings.
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  • Provide periodical management reporting packages for internal and external use to our investors, auditors, etc.
  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial requirements, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Working closely with local accountants to ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
  • Working closely with our auditors and managing the annual audit processes.
  • Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements including VAT, taxes, and audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Handle cash and treasury management to keep our financial status consistently updated and accurate
  • Proactively manage customer billings and collections, addressing inquiries and maintaining timely communication.
  • Collaborate with various teams to streamline and enhance financial procedures for better efficiency and precision.

The position reports to the CFO

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
  • CPA with Big 4 experience – a must (experience with the High-Tech industry).
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, out of which at least 3 years as a controller or assistant controller in a global high-tech organization in growth stage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems (NetSuite), and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic global company, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to details, high sense of responsibility and working independently.
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew. Experience working with NetSuite is an advantage
