We’re hiring an FP&A Manager to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The FP&A Analyst Manager role will provide financial oversight, including budgeting, KPI management, performance analysis, financial modeling, and strategic initiatives for growth and efficiency. It requires expertise, problem-solving, leadership, team management, policy adherence, and contributions to departmental budgeting, long-term planning, and process improvement. This position is fully remote.

Salary range: $123k-$158k. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight and Performance Optimization: Oversees and analyzes financial health, aligning with long-term objectives.
  • Budget Management: Monitors and analyzes budgets, performing periodic planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
  • KPI Development and Implementation: Develops and implements robust KPIs to measure financial vitality across the organization or specific units.
  • Performance Review and Analysis: Reviews past and current financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Modeling: Develops sophisticated financial models to inform management of the financial implications of business decisions, optimizing resource allocation and mitigating risks.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Recommends strategic initiatives and actionable plans to achieve long-term financial objectives, identifying opportunities for growth, cost efficiencies, and enhanced profitability.Comprehensive Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of relevant field concepts and principles.
  • Complex Task Execution: Perform intricate tasks, adapting processes as challenges arise, typically following established procedures.
  • Leadership & Personnel Management: Lead and direct the work of other employees, with full authority over personnel decisions, including hiring, performance management, discipline, and development.
  • Policy Administration & Strategic Contribution: Primarily responsible for administering organizational policies, and contribute to departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural changes

Education and Experience

  • Have at least 6 years of progressive, relevant professional experience in the financial analytics industry.
  • Have at least 4 years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or Accounting/Finance or related field
  • Must be qualified to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds at times.
