What you will work on

Your mission
Support Emidat founders in executing on most urgent and important tasks
As our Founder’s Associate (all genders) you are the driving force executing on our strategic projects. This is a unique opportunity to learn entrepreneurship from the ground up, working directly with the founders. You will learn more in a month than most people in a year and we see it as our responsibility to give you all the tools and intros you need to grow in the fastest manner possible. It will be demanding, but it will be equally exciting.
We are looking for a highly structured, smart, detail-oriented person with low ego and insane sense of ownership. Please don’t take yourself too seriously as well.
Your challenge:
Support our founders to drive Emidat’s strategic priorities and execute on projects we have defined together. Some exemplary projects you will own:
Hiring: setting up and managing channels, building up and managing the candidate flow, interviewing, onboarding new employees, improving the hiring process
Commercial: build the customer pipeline, creating and improving sales presentations; further developing the GTM strategy with Lisa;implementing and managing customer projects
Operations: supporting in all day-to-day tasks. We are a small team building the company from scratch. We all get our hands dirty
Many more strategic projects in the fields of operations, organization, legal, finance, and strategy with changing demand every week
From the very beginning, you will have a TUM project student team supporting you, so you‘ll also have the chance to practice leadership.

What you bring along

Based on what you know about the role 👆 you know best if you could thrive in this job. You don’t need to be an expert in any of the business functions (sales, marketing, …) but you need to be eager to learn.
These are some things that would help
You've worked in demanding positions before - whether in consulting, private equity/investment banking, venture capital or at a high-growth startup
You are highly structured, work well with high degrees of ownership and self-management, but also in teams. You are amazing at executing projects from A-Z and people praise your PPT, Excel, and analytical skills
Very strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to divide and conquer complex problems by yourself and come up with great solutions
You have a Master's degree or are pursuing one at the moment
You have a track record of being highly motivated to learn, getting stuff done, and being proactive e.g. participating in or leading university clubs or other side projects
High integrity and humbleness are imperative. Since you are basically doing all the things a founder usually does, you will sometimes own the most exciting and the most mundane job at the same time
You plan to stay with us for at least 6 months, ideally much longer 🎢
You are fluent in German and English
A plus: Experience in a fast-growing tech company with functional responsibilities across product, marketing/sales/RevOps, strategy and business development
