BRUNT is seeking a results-oriented and collaborative Sales Operations Associate to support both our wholesale and DTC sales channels. This hire will be an integral part of our operations team and its day-to-day processes that enable BRUNT to succeed. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will work cross functionally to ensure an efficient end to end order process, help analyze business data, and make recommendations based on your findings. The ideal candidate will be hungry, curious, and excited to join a fast-growing company. They will be highly organized and have a great attitude. They should be business savvy, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.

This position reports to the Manager of Sales Operations and will collaborate very closely across all functions of the business and with our network of partners.

How You’ll Do It:

Daily Operations

  • Provide daily support to our CX Team and 3PL by monitoring Slack channels and quickly troubleshooting issues as they arise. Own DTC order resolution by utilizing Shopify and Deposco (our 3PLs warehouse management system) to research questions.
  • Analyze BRUNT’s order bank, ensuring both wholesale and DTC orders are inputted and shipped to the end consumer in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Support our pre-order process by monitoring inventory levels, creating Shopify flows, partnering with the marketing and planning teams, & ensuring the website reflects accurate in-stock dates.
  • Support the DTC and product teams by managing product display pages in Shopify, including creating new pages and updating SKUs and tags.
  • Own the weekly BRUNT returns log in partnership with our 3PL and the CX Team. This ensures our returns get processed in a timely manner, providing our customers with the best experience possible.
  • Ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.

Cross-Functional

  • Build cross functional relationships between our customer experience, accounting, finance, marketing, and operations departments.
  • Partner with the customer experience teams to assist in ad hoc day to day tactical requests and root cause analysis

Business Strategy

  • Partner with the Manager of Sales Operations to develop and implement initiatives that will optimize BRUNT’s systems and processes, such as improving the pre-order process, and enhance our B2B ordering process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of processes to streamline BRUNT’s end to end operations.
  • Partner with planning and partner services on wholesale order allocation to ensure inventory levels are properly allocated between DTC and wholesale partners, with the goal to provide a best in class experience for all customers.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 1+ years of operations/supply chain experience
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Highly analytical and comfortable using data to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to commute to the office in North Reading, MA, on a hybrid basis (3 days / week)
