What You’ll Do:

BRUNT is seeking a detail oriented, results-driven and highly collaborative individual to own our Supply Planning functions. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and timely flow of products from Purchase Order (PO) issuance to delivery.

This role will be responsible for overseeing critical aspects of our supply chain, including capacity planning, PO placement and tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery of products. Your execution and strategic insights will play a crucial role in making sure products are available to meet demand while maintaining efficient inventory levels.

How You’ll Do It:

Partnerships (Internal and External):

  • Develop and maintain relationships with BRUNT’s global suppliers to secure and optimize capacity for current and future supply needs, including driving adoption of strategic initiatives that increase efficiency and prevent production delay.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with planning, finance, product and marketing to understand business needs and ensure supply strategy aligns with company objectives.
  • Proactively and effectively communicate any potential supplier delays that will have an impact on the business to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the operations team, especially logistics, to build processes that optimize delivery schedules and minimize overall lead times.

Operations Management:

  • Work with suppliers to receive weekly WIP reports to track production progress and to ensure timelines are being met.
  • Own the execution of POs with suppliers by accurately utilizing BRUNT’s ERP system, Netsuite, to generate and manage the PO process.
  • Monitor supply partners performance and ensure timely confirmation and delivery of POs through the development of reports, SLAs, and scorecards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize BRUNT’s in-stock rate while maintaining aggressive inventory turn metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all supply chain activities.
  • Utilize data and forecasting models to improve inventory management and supply planning processes.

Business Strategy:

  • Partner with the Director of Operations to identify and execute opportunities for end-to-end process improvement that will impact KPIs and optimize BRUNT’s systems and supply planning function.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity and resilience in the supply of products.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of supply planning experience in a high growth company, 2+ years of management experience preferred.
  • Experience working in ERP systems, with proficiency in Netsuite strongly preferred
  • Advanced Excel Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly analytical thinker and proactive problem solver, excited to identify and execute opportunities for process improvement to optimize supply chain performance and impact KPIs.
  • Experience balancing inventory levels within a high growth company that maintains aggressive inventory turn metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Enjoys tackling several projects simultaneously and working in a fast paced and high growth environment.
  • Able to commute to the office located in North Reading, Massachusetts 3x a week.
